500g of your favorite butter
7 - 8 large eggs
splash vanilla essence
3 cups castor sugar
5 cups S.R. Flour (SIFTED)
1/2 cup of milk (more if needed)
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD EGGS, FLOUR, VANILLA AND MILK, MAKE A NICE DROPPING CONSISTENCY.
BAKE IN 180c OVEN
I USE MUFFIN TINS.
1/2 cup of Choc Melts
1 tbsp of your favourite butter
2/3 cup of icing sugar
MELT CHOC IN MICROWAVE ON MED FOR 30 SECS OR UNTIL SMOOTH, COMBINE WITH BUTTER AND ICING SUGAR, SPREAD OVER TOPS OF CUPCAKES
